Monthly Meetings

You will be required to attend one of two consecutive monthly regular club meetings at which time your application will be read and you will be introduced to the membership. It is also mandatory that you attend a club safety / orientation meeting before you receive your club credentials. Club meetings are held at 8:00 PM on the second Thursday of each month at the Clubhouse on Gibson Hill Road in Chester, New York.

Dues & Initiation Fees

The membership year runs from 1/1 to 12/31. Dues and fees are due in the month of January. Dues are paid electronically via credit card using a secure server. There will be a late fee of $30 if dues are paid after Feb 1st and another $70 fee if not paid by Feb 15th. Your membership will be terminated if dues are not paid by Mar 1st.

There is an initiation fee of $600.00.

Note: Regular members must donate 5 hours of work each year, or pay a $30.00/hour fee for each hour not worked.

The pheasant preserve is an additional yearly fee.

There are three (3) options for paying the initiation fee. Please check one.

Option 1 - Full Payment
$600 initiation fee + dues
Option 2 - Two Year Plan
1st Year: $300 initiation fee + dues
2nd Year: $300 balance of initiation fee + dues
Option 3 - Four Year Plan
1st Year: $150 initiation fee + dues
2nd Year: $150 initiation fee + dues
3rd Year: $150 initiation fee + dues
4th Year: $150 balance of initiation fee + dues

If a preserve badge is requested, an addition fee is added. Dues and preserve fees are adjusted annually and may be changed as needed.

Application Fee - $50

The cost of the application is $50 which you are required to pay on the next screen. You will receive an email with your transaction # and application # and will be contacted as we get closer to your application review.
